Can I cancel my order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be canceled. The package can be returned as indicated below.
I received my order and would like a refund
If you have received your order and would like a refund you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee to cover labour and packaging materials used to send your order.
I received my order and would like to exchange for another size
If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Please note, you must pay an additional $6.95 USD (or equivalent in your country’s currency) for the new shipping. Please send payment via Paypal to thekonsciouskids1@gmail.com or include a cheque or money order in your returned package.
